Could not stay in room. Door couldn't open. Maintenance worked on door for an hour and still wouldn't work.

I wish I could get a refund for this room, it was disgusting. The area was not at all friendly or welcoming, I went to check in and there was a roach crawling on the table. The room was NASTY. Didnt even stay here as I had to pay to stay elsewhere..

There is a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom that had the plumbing access cover falling off. Obvious repairs had been attempted. The room was otherwise satisfactory. It was clean and well appointed. The climate controls worked well, keeping the room comfortable on a fairly hot day.

Was cery dirty and first room smelled like urine and moved to second room and that one was already occupied. Got money back and went to the holiday inn express and paid more for what I would expect in a place to stay.

The room was not very clean and the toilet seat was loose. There was a big gouge in the carpet where it meets the bathroom floor. I almost tripped on it. The internet was down for the entire motel, so I had to pay in cash.
